Information you send us
When you submit the quote request form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city, the service and timeline you choose, and anything you write about your project. The form does not collect payment information. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a consultation, prepare a scope and price, and keep business records of the job.
Form requests are processed through Cloudflare, emailed to office@beyondllcfl.com using the site's Cloudflare email service, and sent to the Beyond OPS Dashboard for request handling. Form submissions do not trigger automated text-message notifications.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, phone-button clicks and form submissions. We use Google Ads tags to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). These tools use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit. You can control ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Hosting, security and reviews
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitor requests, including IP addresses, to deliver pages, protect the site and report basic traffic statistics. Customer review links take you to our Google Maps profile, where Google's privacy policy applies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, with trades and professionals we coordinate for your project when you hire us, or when the law requires it. We keep request and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping needs. To ask what we hold about you or to have it corrected or deleted, contact office@beyondllcfl.com.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
